The agency conducting the resurfacing of 700 East in Salt Lake City, the Utah Department of Transportation, deserves praise.
I have driven the complete length of the construction area, from 2100 South to the Van Winkle Expressway, at least four times every day during this entire construction period.
I have encountered no stoppages and only mild slow-downs. This is remarkable.
