As a responsible dog owner who always picks up after my mammal, I was shocked to see a large quantity of horse feces dropped along the paved section of Memory Grove.

If there is an ordinance that requires horse-drawn carriage drivers to dispose of their animals’ defecations responsibly, it should be more widely enforced. There are only a few such businesses; locating the culprits should be easy.
