I find it interesting that Glen Warchol would care to assist The Salt Lake Tribune in its efforts to derail ksl.com's firearms classified section ("Questions arise about KSL's booming online gun market," Tribune, May 27).
Just over a year ago, I bought a high-capacity, rapid-fire, lever-action, .22 cal. rimfire sporting rifle from Warchol at his North Salt Lake home.
I paid cash, and he required absolutely no identification from me, nor was a bill of sale completed. From his online posts, I know that he made $125 profit on the gun.
I found the gun for sale where he'd listed it: in the KSL classified firearms section. I guess KSL firearms sales aren't always a bad thing, then, are they Mr. Warchol?
