Everything you wanted to know about gluten-free living but didn't know to ask was at the annual Gluten Free Expo Saturday at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy.
The expo included dozens of vendors and exhibits plus demonstrations on everything from gluten-free pumpkin pie to gluten-free spring rolls and pizza.
