A Youtube video, which seems to have originated with someone working in public safety, shows a minivan and a man being swept away in the floods that have enveloped southwest Utah and much of Arizona and Nevada.
The information posted with the video says its shows water running down the median 30 miles north of Las Vegas. At about 1 minutes 30 seconds, a van is caught in the rushing water and carried down a culvert.
