They ran 16 laps around the fenced jogging track made muddy from recent rain. Draper • About 40 male inmates in the Con-Quest substance abuse program participated Thursday in the first 5K race at the Utah State Prison.

They ran 16 laps around the fenced jogging track made muddy from recent rain.
