Salt Lake City police are seeking the public's help to find an elderly man who has not returned to his residential care facility.
Kay Snow, 74, was last seen at 3:10 p.m. Saturday, August 23, when he checked himself out of Green Gables, 1001 N. Featherstone Dr. (1781 West), to go to the movies.
The facility does not require Snow to check-in regularly; however, he receives daily medication for physical and mental health conditions there.
The police department asks anyone with information about Snow's location to call (801) 799-3000. Reference, case #14-145939.
