Park City • A Utah judge has issued an arrest warrant for a California man accused of vandalizing two murals in Park City by the famous graffiti artist Bansky.

Third District Court Judge Todd Shaughnessy ordered the arrest of 35-year-old David William Noll on Monday after Noll failed to appear for a court hearing in Park City.

Messages left with prosecutors and Noll's attorneys Monday were not immediately returned.

Court records show Noll did not have to appear in Utah for a June hearing but was required to be in court Monday.

Noll was charged in April with one count of criminal mischief. He has not yet entered a plea.

Prosecutors say Noll vandalized the Banksy works on New Year's Eve, breaking clear protective covers and defacing one mural with paint.
