The Box Elder County Sheriff's Office confirms the body of a Tremonton man, who was reported missing July 6, has been found.

Brian Ray Skinner, 47, reportedly was last heard from in a text message of unspecified content sent to his family on the day he went missing. On Monday, his abandoned 2005 GMC Sierra crew cab truck was spotted from the air, stuck in salt flats of southwest Box Elder County.

Deputies then located his body near the Silver Island Mountain range.

The sheriff's office declined to provide further details, other than to say no foul play was suspected and that the remains were turned over to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

The family of the deceased has declined to comment.
