A New Mexico woman who apparently drowned at Lake Powell over the weekend has been identified.
The body of 41-year old Pamela Hammitt, from Gallup, New Mexico, was recovered on Monday near Lone Rock Beach following a two-day search, according to Glen Canyon National Recreation Area officials.
Hammitt was reported missing on Saturday afternoon.
