Salt Lake City police want to know: Have you seen this man?

On Thursday, police published security camera image captures of the husky, handgun-toting, 5-foot-3 while male suspect who held up a Maverik store at 676 N. Redwood Road the night of April 27.

The man, believed 25-30 years old, with a black goatee and blond hair tucked under a black baseball cap with red trim, demanded and received cash from the till from a clerk and then ran. He was last seen fleeing eastbound on 700 North.

He was also wearing a black military-type jacket with chevron emblems on the shoulders and a purple patch on the right sleeve, gray-and-black plaid shorts and gloves.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call SLCPD at 801-799-3000, or to anonymously text TIPSLCPD plus any relevant information to 274637.
