Salt Lake City police have asked for the public's help in bringing a trio of armed robbery suspects to justice.

Police say they seek two Latino teens who stole two 30-packs of beer from the 7-Eleven store at 1353 W. Indiana on May 13 and then ran toward the door. When the clerk confronted them, one of the suspects pulled a handgun from his waistband and threatened him.

Outside the store, a third suspect, also described as a Latino teen, joined the two as they fled into the night.

One suspect was wearing a University of Utah sweatshirt with a red "U" logo, white socks and black high-top shoes; the second suspect was clad in a black hooded jacket and dark pants. There was no clothing description for the third suspect.

SLCPD asks anyone who may recognize either of two suspects caught on security cameras to call 801-799-3000, or submit an anonymous tip by texting the keyword TIPSLCPD and CRIMES 274637.
