Clinton to Dems: Don't run away from Obamacare. Owens, Love split over immigration. Matheson returns $150k in donations.

Happy Thursday. Many Democrats are staying away from defending the Affordable Care Act but former President Bill Clintons says those in his party should embrace it. "I think it's a terrible mistake for people who voted for the health care bill to run away from it," Clinton said. "I think it is a colossal error to be afraid to discuss policy with the American people or to think they don't care or to think they can't get it." [ABCNews]

SLC Mayor Ralph Becker takes part in congressional delegation meetings and goes to a presentation on the economic impact of transit as part of the National League of Cities Infrastructure Week.

President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama visit and speak at the National Sept. 11 Memorial and Museum in New York and later return to Washington, D.C.
