If you have had an Internet service call at your home in southwestern Utah and the male installer may have been alone with young children, the Washington City Police Department wants to hear from you.

Police spokesman Ed Kantor said Thursday that the appeal to the public comes in the wake of the Wednesday arrest of a 22-year-old St. George man accused of molesting a young girl during a call to a Washington City home.

The incident allegedly occurred on April 28. The suspect was booked into the Washington County jail on suspicion of eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

"This is an ongoing investigation. [The suspect] has been working in the Internet installation field in the Washington County area for approximately the last year," Kantor said.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Washington City police at 435-986-1515.
