Fire destroyed a tractor trailer Saturday near the Beaver and Millard county line.

The tractor trailer was traveling north on Interstate 15 when, near mile post 130, a trailer tire blew, according to the Utah Highway Patrol. The tire caught fire and ignited the trailer.

The driver was not hurt, but the tractor, trailer and its contents — including furniture and tires — went up in flames and were destroyed, the UHP reports.

Emergency responders were forced to close all of the northbound lanes for about an hour to deal with the fire.
