Police searching for missing teen in Salt Lake City

Police are searching for a teenage runaway in Salt Lake City, saying she is at risk because she is blind.

Baylee Fausett, 17, last was seen Monday afternoon near 200 S. Rio Grande St., the Unified Police Department reported. Officers with UPD and the Salt Lake City Police Department were searching downtown for Fausett on Tuesday night.

Fausett is white, 5 feet 4 inches, 130 pounds, with short red hair and blue eyes. Officers did not have a clothing description. Anyone with information may call UPD at 801-743-7000.
