No joke: France tea party starts up. Panel to hear gay marriage case 'slightly conservative.' Glitches sparked conspiracy theories for GOP delegates.

Happy Tuesday and April Fool's Day. The tea party movement that captivated America — and brought at least some change to Washington — has spread to France. This is not an April Fool's Day joke. Social conservatives are upset with French President Françios Hollande — who is a Socialist — over issues like gay marriage and economic woes. The tea party-like movement even has its own "birther" concern: rumors that Hollande has renounced Christianity. [WaPost]

Topping the news: The three-judge panel on the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals hearing the challenge to Utah's Amendment 3 is considered "slightly" conservative, according to one court observer. [Trib] [DNews] [Fox13]
