Vigilant Salt Lake City police detectives located a stolen car and ended up busting a fugitive drug dealer.

Officers with SLCPD's auto theft unit spotted the green, 2000 Geo Prizm as it pulled into the All Star Travel Inn at 754 W. North Temple about 10:20 p.m. Sunday. It checked out as a vehicle reported stolen on Saturday in South Salt Lake.

Detectives approached and arrested the driver, a 24-year-old woman, only to learn she also was wanted on a second-degree felony warrant relating to her 2013 drug distribution guilty pleas.

The woman, who allegedly violated terms of court-ordered drug treatment, was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail pending further charges.
