Last year she testified against her kidnapper. A few weeks later, charging documents allege, the kidnapper's sons beat her up.

According to charges filed Monday, the two sons of Percy L. Wilder — one of whom is the victim's ex-boyfriend — approached the victim Dec. 13 in the Green Whale Bar, near 3600 Riverdale Road in Ogden, and began punching and kicking her in the head. They were screaming, "That's what you get, [expletive.] You put my dad away forever. You get everything you deserve," police wrote. The woman was hospitalized with a concussion, two black eyes and a knot on her head.

The sons, 23 and 24, each were charged with third-degree felony retaliation against a witness and misdemeanor assault.

The woman said she was in the elder Wilder's car in February of 2013 when he groped her, threatened to "rape her or cut her open" and further threatened to "gut her from head to toe" if she tried to flee, according to charges filed last year against Wilder, 42. The woman ran for help, but Wilder caught her, dragged her by her hair and punched her in the face, police wrote. A detective has said Wilder fled when two passers-by approached.

The woman, 30, testified against Wilder in November, securing his conviction on first-degree felony charges of kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault.

Wilder meanwhile is awaiting sentencing at the Utah State Prison. He was paroled in 2011 during a sentence of up to 15 years for attempted rape of a child.
