Unified Police on Wednesday identified a child who died after a large television set fell and crushed him inside a Magna home.

UPD Lt. Justin Hoyal said 2-year-old Samuela Kauvaka died at Primary Children’s Hospital about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, three hours after his grandparents heard a thud in the living room and found the child underneath an older-model, 32-inch tube-style TV.
