Recent drizzly weather will certainly help Utah's water forecast this year, but low snowpack and last month's warm temperatures have farmers, water managers and recreationalists nervous.

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., National Weather Service hydrologist Brian McInerney, Natural Resources Conservation Service snow supervisor Randall Julander, and Tribune outdoor editor and environmental writer Brett Prettyman join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the current drought conditions and what it will take to turn improve the water outlook.
