A man is expected to survive after Ogden detectives say he was shot Tuesday night.
The man was with a handful of people on the 2300 South block of Madison Avenue when two men, dressed in black, approached them, said Ogden Police Lt. Scott Conley.
The two groups started talking, but that escalated into an argument and one of the black-clad suspects allegedly drew a small-caliber handgun, shooting the victim below the shoulder, Conley said.
The suspects fled and witnesses have been uncooperative with investigators, Conley said. The suspects may have left in a blue SUV or pick-up truck; detectives are still working on identifying the vehicle.
