Winter storms to bring driving challenges in N. Utah

First Published Jan 28 2014 01:11 pm • Last Updated Jan 28 2014 02:52 pm

The arrival of a series of winter storms expected Wednesday into the coming weekend prompted the Utah Department of Transportation to issue drivers alerts.

UDOT warned that beginning Tuesday night, northern Utah mountain roads and passes would begin seeing significant snowfall. Meanwhile, valleys along the Wasatch Front will see periods of rain that could make roads slippery as well.
