No one was hurt in a fire that destroyed a St. George trailer home Saturday morning.

About 6:35 a.m., the homeowner — the only person there — called the St. George Fire Department about the fire at 425 E. 900 South. Firefighters arrived at the trailer park to find the home engulfed in heavy smoke and flames, said Capt. Darren Imlay.

"There was fire blowing out the windows," Imlay said.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze within 15 minutes.

Investigators are still looking into what caused the fire, which appears to be accidental, Imlay said.
