Playboy Playmate from Salt Lake found dead in L.A.

An erstwhile Playboy Playmate from Salt Lake City died Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Police believe Cassandra Lynn Hensley, 34, may have died from a drug overdose, TMZ reports. A friend reportedly found Hensley floating in bath tub. E! News reports that the friend attempted CPR, but no one, including paramedics, was able to revive Hensley.
Hensley was Miss February 2006. She ended up in Playboy after placing in the top 20 of a Hawaiian Tropic contest, according US Weekly. The magazine also reports that Hensley was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley.
