Members of the Silent Aryan Warriors gang are accused of tying down a female member, disrobing her and forcibly tattooing her abdomen, identifying her as a "rat."

In charges filed Wednesday, police wrote that a 30-year-old man and six other unknown men met the victim at an apartment near 3825 S. 700 West on Nov. 1, 2010.

The gang members accused the victim, who goes by Youngster, of being an FBI agent, police wrote.

After they tied her wrists and ankles, "they then pulled her pants down to her knees, lifted up her shirt and tattooed ‘Ratta 100%’ on her abdomen with a tattoo gun," police wrote. "When she cried loudly during the tattoo, someone put a sock in her mouth and duct-taped it around her head."

The victim said she was tied up for 8 to 10 hours while the men kicked her and hit her in the ribs, police wrote. She eventually passed out and awoke to find the 30-year-old, who goes by "Stinger" asleep next to her, police wrote.

That member was charged with first-degree felony aggravated kidnapping and second-degree felony aggravated assault.
