Rockville • Authorities say they'll install a temporary fence to prevent looting at the southern Utah home destroyed last week in a deadly rockslide.
Police tell KUTV that someone has apparently been going through the rubble of the house that was crushed in Rockville on Thursday.
The slide killed 65-year-old Maureen Morris and 58-year-old Jeff Elsey.
State geologists say the cliff above the house still poses a danger for homes below. Two houses have been evacuated, including one that belongs to Rockville Mayor-elect Tracy Dutson.
Dutson tells the station he plans to return to his home in the next few days, but is still deciding whether to stay in the volatile area permanently.
