Police are asking the public's help in identifying and bringing to justice a suspect in the Thursday afternoon robbery of a Key Bank branch in Salt Lake City.

Police say the suspect, described as a 25-year-old white male, slender, wearing blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt and a purple baseball cap with yellow lettering, approached a teller at 3:40 p.m. Thursday.

The man demanded cash and fled the bank, located at 410 E. 400 South, on foot after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash.

Anyone with information on this suspect is asked to call SLCPD at 801-799-3000.
