A Salt Lake family already won Halloween, but the little girl in the video above takes the crown for cuteness.
Posted to YouTube by user Visual Burrito, the video shows a 22-month-old girl running around in an LED stick figure costume. According to the Huffington Post, the girl is the daughter of Royce Hutain, who has something of a talent for making LED suits.
