Happy Friday. The House stenographer who stole the microphone on Wednesday for a religious rant during the end-the-shutdown vote said that God kept waking her up and preparing her to deliver a message. Her husband says she's been evaluated by a psychiatrist. [HuffPost]
Topping the news: Sen. Mike Lee raised over $249,000 last quarter, but spent nearly all of it fundraising. Lee aggressively raised money off his attempt to halt funding for Obamacare, sending 13 emails in three months. [Trib]
