With the federal government reopened and a budget default averted, what's the damage caused by the 16-day partial government closure?

On Friday at 12:15 p.m., Tribune government reporter Robert Gehrke interviews state economist Juliette Tennert, BYU political scientist Quin Monson, and Tribune Washington correspondent Tommy Burr about the economic and political aftermath of the government shutdown.
