A Midvale man is accused of publicly posting nude photos of his ex-girlfriend and hacking into her college computer account to submit poorly done assignments and wreck her grades.

In stalking charges filed this week in 4th District Court, police wrote that the 21-year-old man was showing up at his ex-girlfriend's classes at Utah Valley University and sending text messages that he "was watching her" in October 2012.

The man created a website in her name, which displayed nude photos of her without her permission or knowledge and he texted the website's link to "numerous" people on her cell phone contact list, including her husband and a 13-year-old girl, police wrote.

He also accessed her student account at UVU and began completing poorly done school assignments on her behalf and submitting them for bad grades, police wrote. He then allegedly sent her an e-mail that "she would fail out of school unless she started listening to him."

Police wrote that he also sent text messages to his ex-girlfriend's sister and the sister's boyfriend, threatening to drain the family's bank accounts, kill her family and hire an "ex-con" to rape his ex-girlfriend and the sister.

The man was charged with two counts of stalking, computer crime, dealing in harmful material to a minor, and three counts of distribution of pornography, all third-degree felonies.
