A motorcyclist suffered "very severe injuries" when he collided with a car in Cedar City.

The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and suffered serious injuries, Orton said.

The motorcyclist had the right-of-way, as the car’s travel was controlled by a stop sign, Orton said.
