Ogden police looking for leads in murder investigation
Ogden police are asking for the public's help to solve the mystery of who shot and killed Robert Santos Soto Jr. last month.
Lt. Danielle Croyle said they don't have any information on who shot Soto, 26, multiple times on Aug. 31.
He was found lying on the sidewalk about 1:20 a.m. in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue, the same block where he lived.
Croyle said police tracked down Jeremy David Clement, 18, who was named as a person of interest in the shooting, but have ruled out his involvement. He is no longer a person of interest.
Anyone with information is asked to call 801-629-8221. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
