Salt Lake City • Leaders from several faiths laid on the sidewalk outside Governor Gary Herbert's mansion as though they were dead Wednesday.

The event was meant to protest Herbert's position on Medicaid and encourage the Governor to opt in to the Medicaid expansion available under the Affordable Care Act. Protestors said that their action was meant to symbolise the 18 people who would die if Herbert does not do so.
