Salt Lake County crash causes critical injuries, traffic delays

A driver was in critical condition after a crash that blocked traffic for the duration of rush hour Monday in Salt Lake County.

The crash occurred about 3:45 p.m. on the northbound offramp of Interstate 15 at 3300 South, said Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson. A vehicle hit a barrier wall, and the driver was ejected, Johnson said. She was reported to be in critical condition as of 4:45 p.m.
