The victim of a rollover accident on Juab County's Nebo Loop Road has been identified as Michael V. Wilkins, 59.
Juab County Sheriff Alden Orme said Wilkins was killed when the 2004 Honda CRV his 16-year-old son was driving drifted off the side of the switchback road about 2 p.m. Thursday. The driver attempted to correct the drift and lost control. The vehicle rolled near the Red Creek Flats area, Orme said.
The boy was taken to Central Valley Medical Center in Nephi and treated for minor injuries. He was released on Friday, Orme said.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
