Tenants of the Skyline View Apartments were recently given six months to either stop smoking or move out because beginning in November smoking will not be allowed in the buildings or anywhere on the grounds. Randy Batchelor and his fiancee Brandy Dreeszen are smokers who have lived at Skyline View for eight years and are unhappy with the new edict that will force them out.
