A man died after his pickup crashed Tuesday on Interstate 80 near Lambs Canyon.

The man was driving west about 7 p.m. when his Dodge pickup went into the median, entering a 20-foot space between two concrete barriers, the Utah Highway Patrol reported. When the truck reached the Lambs Canyon underpass, it launched into the air and crashed into the opposite side of the underpass.

The man died at the scene; no one else was injured. UHP had not identified the man as of Tuesday night.

Witnesses told UHP troopers that the pickup driver had been driving aggressively before the crash.
