Here's your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. Government agencies have until 24 hours before a meeting to post their agendas, so check back as this schedule will be updated. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

Holladay Planning Commission • Will take public comment, discuss and possibly approve the preliminary site plan for a 138-bed assisted living facility at 5600 South and Highland Drive, will also consider proposed residential office zone; Tuesday, May 7, 7 p.m., Council Chambers of Municipal Center, 4580 S. 2300 East, Holladay. Kaysville City Council • Will hold a public hearing on proposed impact fees for culinary water, parks, police, power and transportation services; Tuesday, May 7, 6 p.m., 23 E. Center St., Kaysville. Murray City Council • Will hold a public hearing to consider property at 5918 S. 700 West surplus and to consider an ordinance that would change its land use from agricultural to low-density single-family, will also take public comment concerning change in land use for property at 359 S. 900 East from low-density single-family to residential business; Tuesday, May 7, 6:30 p.m., Council Chambers of Murray City Center, 5025 S.
