A Kearns man is accused of raping a 7-year-old girl on at least two separate occasions between December 2011 and April 2013.

Saul Ahua Cuaquentzi, 27, was charged on Friday with two first-degree felony counts of sodomy upon a child.

According to court documents filed in 3rd District Court, the girl told police that Cuaquentzi raped her on April 5, with a similar incident occurring on Dec. 18, 2011, according to charging documents.

Cuaquentzi was held Friday in the Salt Lake County jail on a $150,000 bond. Jail records also indicate that he was on a federal immigration hold.
