A 3-year-old injured in a freak swing set accident last week has died.
The Weber County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the 3-year-old Farr West girl died Saturday night, but said they were not releasing the girl's name Sunday.
Deputies said the girl's father found her with her neck tangled in a rope on the backyard swing set about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The girl, who was playing alone, was believed to have been on the swing set less than five minutes before she was discovered.
