Here's your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. Government agencies have until 24 hours before a meeting to post their agendas, so check back as this schedule will be updated. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

Herriman City Council • Will discuss a resolution to appoint a Mayor Pro Tem and an agreement with Salt Lake County to install two traffic signals, one at 5600 West and Herriman Parkway and the other at 11800 South and 5600 West; Thursday, March 14, 7:30 p.m., 13011 S. Ogden Redevelopment Agency & City Council • At the RDA session, city administrators will deliver a report on the Trackline Economic Development Project Area, and council members will vote on setting a public hearing for April 23. Salt Lake County Council • Will receive an update on the proposed District Attorney's building and consider a resolution regarding construction of a new Salt Lake Valley Health Department building; Tuesday, March 12, 1 p.m., Room 2003, North Building, County Government Center, 2001 S. South Jordan Planning Commission • Will consider conditional use permit for drive thru facility in the District and a conditional use permit for Desert Falls of Utah, a recreation, entertainment and amusement business to be located at 11273 S.
