Two natural gas leaks prompted the overnight evacuation of nearly 130 students at two University of Utah dorms. Students were allowed to return Friday morning.
A maintenance man smelled the first gas leak late Thursday morning. The evacuations came in the afternoon after Questar crews confirmed the leak and began repairs on that leak and a second one discovered nearby in piping.
