The cause of death has not been officially determined, but investigation has led police to believe her death was accidental and related to either a possible prescription drug overdose or exposure to sub-freezing overnight temperatures, or both.
According to a search of state court records, Hall had a handful of misdemeanor convictions for using false prescriptions and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol between 1995 and 2009.
Ebert said Thursday that the owner of the four-plex found Hall’s body about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday when he arrived to do some renovation work on the complex, which was unoccupied.
