Riverdale police have identified a woman whose body was found outside a four-plex apartment complex.

Marti Hall, 46, was reportedly renting a condominium in the area at the time her remains were found Wednesday morning, said Riverdale police Lt. James Ebert.

The cause of death has not been officially determined, but investigation has led police to believe her death was accidental and related to either a possible prescription drug overdose or exposure to sub-freezing overnight temperatures, or both.

According to a search of state court records, Hall had a handful of misdemeanor convictions for using false prescriptions and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol between 1995 and 2009.

Ebert said Thursday that the owner of the four-plex found Hall's body about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday when he arrived to do some renovation work on the complex, which was unoccupied.
