A man is in critical condition after reportedly suffering some kind of medical emergency Friday afternoon and crashing in a parking lot in Provo.
Provo Police say the man was behind the wheel of a white sedan while heading north on Freedom Boulevard near 300 North at about 1 p.m. Witnesses told police the man appeared to suffer a seizure — shaking and then slumping down. The sedan then struck a minivan that was exiting onto Freedom Boulevard from a parking lot. The car veered into the parking lot, and went over a parking median before finally striking a light pole.
