Two of three people struck by a pickup truck while crossing a dark Ogden street over the weekend were upgraded to serious condition on Monday.
McKay-Dee Hospital nursing staff confirmed that Marjorie Bell, 83, and Rose Flygare, 72, both had improved from the critical conditions they were in when admitted Saturday.

A 12-year-old girl, who was flown to Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, also had been initially listed as critical. Citing her minor status, police would not release her name and the hospital would not provide information on her condition without a name.
However, Ogden police said they understood she was still alive on Monday.
The three had just left a movie theater about 10:25 p.m. Saturday and were in a crosswalk when they were hit by a southbound 1999 Isuzu pickup in the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard.
