A week after he fell 50 feet through a warehouse skylight, 36-year-old Cody Carpentier remained in critical condition on Wednesday.

Intermountain Medical Center spokesman Jason Carlton confirmed that Carpentier's condition was unchanged from when he was brought into the Murray hospital originally on Feb. 6.

Carpentier was on the roof of Porter Brown Distribution, at 1971 S. 4490 West, when he fell. Paramedics found him unconscious but breathing .

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration confirms it is investigating the accident but a spokeswoman declined to discuss the case at this time.
