Police are investigating the death of a passenger on an inbound flight to Salt Lake City International Airport.
The man, who has not been identified, died on United Airlines Flight 5596, which arrived at the airport from Denver on Sunday night, said airport spokeswoman Barbara Gann.

The airport police and the state medical examiner’s office are looking into the cause of death. Gann declined to comment further until the investigation is complete.
The passenger collapsed after the plane arrived in Salt Lake City, said United Airlines spokeswoman Jennifer Dohm, but paramedics could not revive him. Dohm declined to provide further details for privacy reasons.
Gann said the man is not a Utahn, but did not know if he is from the Denver area or if that city was just a stop along his way.
